What are the typical Airbnb management fees in the UK?
UK Airbnb management fees usually range from 12% to 25% of booking revenue. At 53 Degrees Property our fees start at 14% + VAT on a 12-month plan, 18% on 6 months, and 22% on our flexible rolling contract. There's a minimum monthly management charge of £150 to cover fixed costs if the property is unavailable.
Is there a setup or onboarding fee?
Yes. There's a one-off onboarding fee that covers everything we do to get your property guest-ready — staging for marketing images, professional photography, key safes, health & safety assessment, fire escape plan, operational inspection and a virtual guest guide. Get in touch for a tailored quote based on your property.
Are your fees inclusive of VAT?
No. All prices shown exclude VAT. VAT is added at the prevailing UK rate.
Do you charge extra for cleaning or guest services?
Cleaning is charged to the guest as part of their booking, not to you. Our management fee covers listing, pricing, guest communication, payouts and reporting.
